The shorts are great.
I wasn’t very happy about the way my order was handled however. Payment was taken out of my account for dress and for shorts and I had a notification email saying that they had been dispatched. A few days later I heard that the dress was no longer available – in spite of the dispatch email – and would I like a refund or to choose something different? As there was nothing different suitable in my size I chose the refund.
I then had another email saying that the shorts have been dispatched and they have no subsequently arrived. I have still not received the refund for the dress.
